Zen Modular Group’s heavy steel structure solutions are developed for projects requiring large spans, high load-bearing capacity or specialised use, such as hospitals, hangars, factories, hotels and restaurants. Structures are custom-designed taking into account their intended use, capacity, architectural requirements, ground conditions, climatic conditions and project location.
In hangar and factory projects, the design is based on production flow, machinery and equipment loads, storage areas, vehicle access points and the required spans. In hotel and restaurant projects, comfort, circulation, hygiene, acoustics, fire safety and accessibility requirements are assessed. Hospital projects, on the other hand, are handled in accordance with the specific standards established for medical operations, hygiene and sterilisation areas, patient and staff circulation, technical installations and healthcare facilities.
Each project is prepared through the coordination of the architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and fire safety disciplines. Structural system calculations are carried out in accordance with the ground and seismic conditions of the region where the building is located. The design and implementation processes are carried out in accordance with current legislation, including planning, earthquake, fire, accessibility, and occupational health and safety regulations, as well as the specific legal requirements, permits and official approval conditions applicable to the building’s intended use.
Production, quality control, dispatch and on-site assembly processes are meticulously carried out by our specialist teams.
