Container Canteen
Zen Modular Group’s single-storey container canteen solutions are manufactured to meet the dietary needs of staff in organised and hygienic conditions at construction sites, factories, mining sites and temporary work camps. The structures can be designed using single or multiple container modules, depending on the daily meal capacity, the number of people to be served simultaneously, site conditions and the duration of use.
Interior layouts are designed with a focus on the efficient separation of areas—including the dining hall, kitchen, preparation, cooking, serving, washing-up and storage spaces—to optimise workflow. Depending on requirements, the space may also be arranged solely as a meal distribution and consumption area. Requirements for easy-to-clean surfaces, ventilation, lighting, fresh water, waste water, electricity and mechanical installations are assessed as part of the project.
Designed for year-round use with insulation properties suited to the region’s climatic conditions, container canteens stand out for their robust, durable and quick-to-assemble structures. Projects are implemented taking into account capacity, food hygiene, fire safety, evacuation and occupational health and safety requirements.
