Container Dormitory
Zen Modular Group’s two-storey container accommodation solutions are manufactured for construction sites, factories, mining sites and temporary work camps with the aim of providing greater staff capacity within a limited site area. The structures can be custom-designed using multiple container modules, depending on the number of personnel, bed layout, duration of use and site conditions.
The two-storey layout allows for the orderly and efficient planning of dormitory rooms and communal areas. Interior spaces are designed with consideration for ease of movement, ventilation, lighting, electrical installations, storage areas for personal belongings and cleaning requirements. Where required, toilet, shower, changing, rest and laundry facilities can be incorporated into the design. Staircases, corridors and emergency exit arrangements are determined in accordance with safety requirements relating to the building’s occupancy capacity.
Designed for year-round use with insulation properties suited to the region’s climatic conditions, double-storey container dormitories stand out for their robust, durable and quick-to-assemble structures. Projects are implemented in accordance with fire safety, hygiene, evacuation and occupational health and safety regulations.
