Zen Modular Group’s heavy-duty steel hangar solutions are designed to create spacious and functional areas for industrial, logistics, agricultural, storage, maintenance and manufacturing activities. The structures are custom-designed, taking into account their intended use, the required span and height, vehicle and equipment access points, storage capacity and site conditions.
Thanks to the heavy-duty steel structural system, it is possible to create spaces with wide spans, high volumes and, where required, a minimum number of columns. Industrial doors, loading bays, crane systems, ventilation, lighting, fire safety and mechanical installations are planned in accordance with the project’s intended use. Roof and façade cladding, along with thermal insulation, are determined in accordance with the climatic conditions of the region where the building is located and its intended use.
Structural system calculations are prepared in accordance with engineering principles, taking into account ground conditions as well as the region’s seismic, snow and wind loads. The design and implementation processes are carried out in compliance with current planning, earthquake, fire, and occupational health and safety regulations, as well as licensing and official approval requirements.
Production, quality control, dispatch and on-site assembly processes are meticulously carried out by our specialist teams.
