Double-Storey Site Buildings
Zen Modular Group’s two-storey site structures are manufactured using container or prefabricated systems to provide greater utilisation capacity within a limited site area. Container-based dormitories and offices, as well as prefabricated dormitories, offices and canteens, are designed according to the number of personnel, intended use, duration of work and site conditions.
The two-storey layout allows dormitories, administrative offices and communal areas to be separated from one another, creating a well-organised and efficient construction site complex. Interior layouts are prepared taking into account occupancy capacity, circulation, hygiene, ventilation, lighting, and electrical and mechanical installation requirements. Stairway, corridor and emergency exit arrangements are determined in accordance with the building’s capacity and relevant regulatory requirements.
Structures are delivered that are suitable for year-round use, robust and durable, featuring insulation applications adapted to the region’s climatic conditions. The production, delivery and on-site installation processes are carried out by our specialist teams. Projects are implemented in accordance with occupational health and safety, fire safety, hygiene and local regulatory requirements. We provide delivery and installation services to all 81 provinces in Turkey and to various countries around the world.
