Factory layouts are prepared with a focus on ensuring the smooth flow of raw material reception, production lines, assembly areas, quality control, finished goods storage, dispatch and vehicle circulation. Machine foundations and equipment loads, crane systems, industrial doors, loading areas, technical spaces, management offices and staff welfare areas are planned in accordance with the production process.
Architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical projects are carried out in a coordinated manner. Ventilation, air conditioning, electrical distribution, compressed air, clean and waste water, fire detection and suppression systems, and other necessary industrial installations are designed according to the specific operational requirements. Roof, façade and insulation specifications are determined in accordance with production conditions and the climatic conditions of the region. In structural system calculations, ground conditions as well as seismic, snow, wind and operational loads are taken into account.
Projects are prepared in accordance with current planning, earthquake, fire, environmental, accessibility and occupational health and safety regulations, as well as the specific licensing, authorisation and official approval requirements for the sector of activity. For overseas projects, the building and industrial legislation of the country where the work is to be carried out is taken as the basis.
