Zen Modular Group’s modular container solutions are designed to create spacious and functional spaces by joining multiple container modules side by side or end to end. The structures can be designed with a variety of dimensions and layout options depending on the intended use, user capacity, total space required and site conditions.
By removing the partitions between modules either fully or partially, spacious interior spaces such as open-plan offices, meeting rooms, dormitories, canteens, classrooms, sales offices and communal areas can be created. Depending on requirements, rooms, corridors, kitchens, toilets, showers, storage areas and technical units can be arranged within the same structure. Electrical, lighting, internet and data, clean and waste water, ventilation, air conditioning and mechanical installations are planned in accordance with the building’s intended use.
The load-bearing connections of the modules, roof and façade joints, waterproofing and sealing details are implemented in accordance with engineering principles. Structures that are suitable for year-round use, robust and durable are created using insulation options appropriate to the region’s climatic conditions. Single-storey or, subject to technical calculations, multi-storey solutions can be developed.
