Zen Modular Group’s container solutions are manufactured to meet residential, commercial, security, construction site and social needs, with a range of sizes, layouts and usage options. Models such as knock-down containers, security cabins, modular containers, portable container homes, kiosks, WC and shower cubicles can be customised according to the intended use, user capacity, site conditions and project duration.

Whilst demountable containers offer the advantages of easy transport and rapid assembly, modular container systems enable the creation of larger and more functional spaces by combining multiple modules. Portable container homes provide compact and comfortable living spaces. Security cabins are designed for controlled access points; kiosks for sales and service activities; whilst WC and shower cubicles are designed as hygienic and ready-to-use wet room solutions.

Interior layouts, along with requirements for electrical systems, lighting, clean and waste water, ventilation, air conditioning and mechanical installations, are determined according to the intended use. Container structures suitable for year-round use can be produced with insulation options appropriate to the climatic conditions of the region where the project is to be implemented. Projects are implemented taking into account fire safety, hygiene, accessibility, health and safety at work, and local regulatory requirements, depending on the type of use.
