Zen Modular Group’s double-storey container office solutions are manufactured for construction sites, factories, mining sites, retail spaces and temporary work camps, with the aim of providing greater working capacity within limited site areas. The structures can be custom-designed using multiple container modules, depending on the number of staff, intended use, project duration and site conditions.
The two-storey layout allows management, operational and communal areas to be separated, creating an organised working environment. Open-plan offices, executive offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, archives and technical work areas can be planned according to requirements. Depending on demand, kitchens, toilets, rest areas and waiting areas can be incorporated into the project. Electrical, internet and data infrastructure, lighting, ventilation, air conditioning and mechanical systems are installed in accordance with the working requirements.
