Zen Modular Group’s site structures are designed as single- or double-storey buildings, taking into account the project’s capacity, intended use, duration of operation and the climatic conditions of the region where they will be deployed. Dormitories, canteens, site offices, administration buildings, storage facilities, changing rooms, toilets and shower units, manufactured using prefabricated panel and container systems, offer functional, durable solutions suitable for use in all four seasons.

Thanks to the modular system, the required units can be planned within the same site, scaled up according to capacity and arranged in accordance with project requirements. Production, delivery and on-site installation processes are carried out by specialist teams in accordance with the project schedule.

As part of our heavy steel structure solutions, we also develop projects requiring large spans or specialised use, such as hangars, factories, warehouses, restaurants, hotels and healthcare facilities. These structures are addressed in conjunction with the architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines, taking into account their intended use, capacity, ground conditions and project location. Hospitals, hotels, restaurants and similar structures are designed in compliance with current regulations on town planning, earthquake safety, fire safety, accessibility, health, tourism and specific usage requirements, as well as the relevant licensing and approval conditions.
