Zen Modular Group’s single-storey site structures are manufactured using either container or prefabricated systems, taking into account the project’s staff capacity, intended use, duration of operation and site conditions. Canteens, dormitories, site offices and storage units can be planned as separate structures or as complementary modular solutions within the same complex.

A single-storey layout facilitates easy access, efficient circulation and the effective organisation of usable spaces. Interior layouts are designed to meet requirements for occupancy capacity, hygiene, ventilation, lighting, and electrical and mechanical installations. Insulation applications suited to the region’s climatic conditions ensure that the structures are robust, durable and suitable for use in all four seasons.

The production, delivery and on-site installation processes for our single-storey construction site structures—manufactured using high-quality materials and in accordance with industry standards—are carried out by our specialist teams. Projects are implemented in accordance with the intended use, taking into account relevant occupational health and safety, fire safety, hygiene and local regulatory requirements.
